David Gray has represented employers      employment         labor matters before various courts         administrative agencies around        country. He has successfully defended employers      actions pending before        U.S. District Court for        Southern District       Indiana,        Northern District       Indiana,        District       New Jersey,        District       Columbia and        U.S. Court       Appeals for        Seventh Circuit, among others. He has represented      variety       employers before        National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department       Labor         other federal         state agencies. Although enjoying considerable success      litigating matters, David      most proud       his ability       counsel employers       ways       avoid        pitfalls       litigation. During his career, he has reviewed innumerable employee handbooks, personnel manuals, devised various employer friendly programs         negotiated collective bargaining agreements.

David received his federal court litigation education while serving as      law clerk to        Honorable S. Hugh Dillin, Judge for        U.S. District Court for        Southern District       Indiana immediately following his graduation from law school. He has also litigated non-employment law matters in        U.S. District Courts for        Central District       California,        District       Colorado,        Southern District       Texas and        Central         Northern Districts       Illinois.
