In one case, Gregg brought suit against      doctor who sexually molested      female patient         despite        absence       insurance coverage, he recovered      $275,000 verdict against        doctor's personal assets. He also obtained      $4.8 million verdict against Trump Casino        negligent Security.

Gregg has brought cases       behalf       seriously injured clients against such large corporate defendants       Owens Corning, GAF, General Electric, Westinghouse         Trump Marina Hotel & Casino         has tried several       those cases       juries, winning six         seven figure verdicts        his clients. In 1995, Gregg won one of        ten largest verdicts in        entire State       behalf       a widow whose husband died from asbestos-related cancer. He continues       use his 12 years       prosecutorial experience in        defense       his clients      municipal courts throughout South Jersey         he has represented small businesses      contract disputes. Many of        clients that Gregg represents        referred       him by other attorneys.

After graduating from Rutgers Law School      1983, Gregg spent ten years as      Prosecutor      Burlington County, successfully         aggressively prosecuting murder, rape         child abuse cases. Starting      1989, Gregg led      team       prosecutors, detectives         social workers      creating New Jersey's first Child Advocacy Center for        Prosecution       Child Abuse. The Center became      national model and, as      result of        work done at        Center, Gregg successfully prosecuted dozens       dangerous sex offenders who received long prison sentences. He was also        Prosecutor's liaison to        New Jersey State Police - Major Crimes Unit and,      that capacity, successfully prosecuted several high profile homicide cases including one      which charges were brought, and      conviction obtained, over twenty years after        crime was committed. Gregg      proud       his work as      prosecutor and        many relationships that he developed during those ten years continue       benefit him professionally         enrich his life.

Gregg grew up      several South Jersey communities where his father served as      pastor in        United Methodist Church. Gregg worked his way through Rutgers College      Camden by taking full time jobs as      youth corrections officer, an apprentice machinist,      supermarket clerk and      printer's helper. Gregg lives          his wife         children      Medford Township where        y stay busy          many civic         church activities.
