Mr. Town was born      Colorado Springs, Colorado      1975. Mr. Town attended Cornell University      Ithaca, New York,         he majored      Operations Research         Industrial Engineering. In 1998, Mr. Town graduated from Cornell          Dean's List Honors         worked      New York City       an Information Technology Consultant        some of        largest law firms in        country. After several years      New York he transferred back       his home state, Colorado ,       attend law school. Mr. Town received his law school degree at        University       Colorado at Boulder ,         started      career      private practice. For        first two years after becoming      member of        Colorado bar, Mr. Town was based in        town       Glenwood Springs, where he represented clients      civil         criminal cases      various courts throughout        western slope region       Colorado . Mr. Town        n moved back to        Front Range         further developed his criminal law practice, working as      Public Defender        indigent felony defendants      Colorado Springs . As      Public Defender Mr. Town handled      wide range       criminal cases, ranging from lower level drug cases       violent crimes         homicides,         he litigated numerous felony cases      front       a jury. In October       2007, Mr. Town left        Public Defender's Office         joined        law firm       Elkus & Sisson.
