Karen L. Green is      magna cum laude graduate       Villanova University School       Law, where she served on        staff of        Villanova Law Review. Ms. Green      also      member of        Order of        Coif,      national legal honors society. Ms. Green graduated from        University       Maryland cum laude         is      member       Phi Beta Kappa,      national honors society.

Upon graduating from Villanova, Ms. Green served as      law clerk to        Honorable Murray C. Goldman of        Philadelphia County Court       Common Pleas. Upon completion       her clerkship, she joined        litigation department       Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley where she practiced in        areas       commercial litigation         premises liability defense. In 1999, Ms. Green joined Mr. McDonnell at Silverman Frimmer Bernheim & McDonnell and        n joined McDonnell & Associates upon its opening.

Ms. Green      now      partner         oversees        employment litigation group. Ms. Green has tried several cases       verdict         has extensive experience litigating employment cases        major clients. She appears frequently      front of        agencies charged          investigating allegations       discrimination, including        EEOC, PHRC, NJDCR, and        Delaware Department       Labor. Her areas       expertise include complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, class action defense, complex motion practice,         state         federal appellate work. Ms. Green has appeared before trial         appellate courts. Ms. Green      licensed      Pennsylvania         New Jersey.

Ms. Green is      member of        National Association       Women Lawyers         Philadelphia Bar Association         its Women in        Profession Committee. Ms. Green      also      member of        Attorneys' Council        Hadassah       Greater Philadelphia.
