Michael is      trial lawyer who limits his practice to        representation       seriously injured people and        ir families. He has tried cases      four states      both state         federal court. He has been admitted       practice      Illinois, Wisconsin,         Massachusetts. Michael was elected      Fellow in        American College       Trial Lawyers      2009, was invited       join        American Board       Trial Advocates      2001,         he has held an "AV" rating,        highest available, from Martindale-Hubble        many years. He has been selected       an Illinois Super Lawyer every year since 2006         was one of        100 highest vote getters in        state       Illinois      2010. He      an invited member of        Leading Lawyer Network         was selected       one of        top 100 trial lawyers in        state       Illinois        2009-2010 by The American Trial Lawyers Association. He has been board-certified as      civil trial lawyer by        National Board       Trial Advocacy since 1995,         he has served       an examiner for        NBTA's national certification examination.

He      widely sought after as      continuing legal education lecturer,         has been invited       speak by        Illinois Institute       Continuing Legal Education,        Illinois Trial Lawyers Association,        Illinois State Bar Association,        United States Department       Justice,         many local bar associations. He      also      past Governor of        Illinois State Bar Association.

Michael also has      growing alternative dispute resolution practice. He was trained as      mediator by        Center        Conflict Resolution      Chicago, Illinois      2005. He      an invited member       FIRNA's panel       neutrals, an organization which addresses disputes between investors         brokers. Although Michael has particular experience      medical negligence         complex litigation matters, he has successfully mediated commercial, employment, juvenile,         other disputes.
